Step 1: Create a One Healthcare ID
One Healthcare ID secures your account so you can sign into integrated applications. You must first create a One Healthcare ID to use the portal.
Step 2: Select your organization type
There are three types of organizations you can choose from: health care provider or facility, revenue cycle manager/billing company, or business vendor.
Step 3: Connect your organization’s tax ID number (TIN) and confirm your information
Select your organization type and enter the TIN. Next, confirm your account information. Follow the rest of these steps.
You’ll be prompted to register as a Primary Access Administrator if your organization is new to the portal. For more information, see the topic “Primary Access Administrator Register” in the Registration guideopen_in_new.
Step 4: Select your job function and portal access
Choose the job function that best aligns with your organization’s role. Note: Physicians and clinicians must register a National Provider Identifier number (NPI).
Step 5: Portal approval
For approval, Administrators will receive new registrations and requests to increase access. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email. Register Now!
You will need to wait for your Administrator’s approval to access your tax ID numbers and access request for self-registration.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email. At that point, you can begin to use the digital solution’s capabilities of the portal.
If you are the first person to use your organization’s resources, you will be the Primary Access Administrator.
You will need to validate the organization. This may happen immediately if you can provide certain information. You will be sent a U.S. security code if you cannot provide certain information.
You can access your UHC Provider online account at any time. You can log in to your online account easily, and these are the steps to log in to your online account:
Go to UHCprovider.com and click Sign In at the top-right corner. Enter your One Healthcare ID password.
